In the wake of Michael Richards' (who played the role of Kramer on Seinfeld) racial outburst during a stand-up comedy routine, I thought I would suggest to Mr. Richards that he run for Congress as a Democrat.Mr. Richards could caucus with either Bobby Byrd in the Senate or Steny Hoyer in the House. They could call it the KKK caucus.
