Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner Is Breaking Federal Law Rules Judge

In Columbus, Ohio U.S. District Court Judge George C. Smith ruled today that Ohio's Secretary of State is breaking Federal Election Law by not verifying the identity of newly registered voters with the state Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the federal Social Security Administration. The Judge also cited Brunner's failure to provide counties with the names of new voters whose records do not match those of government agencies. Brunner was given one week to comply with the Judges order.

The ruling follows Monday's drive by Obama supporting groups such as ACORN and Project Vote to register homeless people to vote in the buckeye state using free van and bus rides for prospective supporters of the Illinois Senator. Michelle Malkin reported on the scene, Shelby Holliday, a reporter for Palestra.net, filmed ACORN shuttling in some prospects. She told me she spoke with one homeless woman who said ACORN "told her who to vote for if she wanted a 'better life,' and told her not to worry about jury duty (one of the reasons this homeless woman didn't want to register) because the government probably wouldn't be able to track her down. She was registering with a temporary address."

Holliday interviewed another homeless man targeted by the registration drive who exulted that he was voting for Obama because "I want him to do his thang. You know, do his thug thizzle."

Thug thizzle indeed.
