Sarah Palin Makes Surprise Appearance in West Virginia
The woman that NPR, Newsweek, Katic Couric and the rest of the lying media love to hate addresses a large and enthusiastic crowd of Tea Partiers in the Mountain State.
NPR's Nina Totenberg - "I'm Already Afraid, Very Afraid"
Totenberg responded to a question posed by Gordon Peterson who quoted Obamaphile and erstwhile Democrat apologist Paul Krugman. "Nina, Peterson inquired, "columnist Paul Krugman says if the election goes as expected, his advice is be afraid, be very afraid. Should we take his advice?"
Peterson follows up with a question directed this time to Newsweek's Evan Thomas, "Evan, Krugman also says that future historians will probably look back at the 2010 election as a catastrophe for America. You are a historian. You agree with that?"
Thomas replies, No, but they might look on it as kind of a joke. There is sort of a circus aspect to it that people, it’s become comic and a kind of a dark way."
Oh yes? Common people standing up in an election and voting "no confidence" in change that leads to Marxism, is a "sort of joke" and "a circus" to the esteemed "journalists" at NPR and Newsweek.
The arrogance of the Obama media is only matched by their sublime ignorance of what America stands for and who Americans really are as a people.
Obama Loads Up On Slurpee and Late' Metaphors for the Road
Republicans routinely drive the U.S. economy into the proverbial ditch while alternately sipping Slurpees and Lates', says Obama to dwindling crowds of supporters, again, and again and again and again. Who knew Slurpees and Lates' were the drinks of choice for pampered Republicans? Poor Dems, chides Obama to his audience, we keep digging cars out of ditches, and Republicans turn around and mash the petal on the way to the nearest moat.
Alas, the choice refreshment of the rich and privileged, has finally crossed the aisle. The good people at 7/11 say, "We really appreciate President Obama giving the Slurpee free publicity. (But), the Slurpee is bipartisan." And another drink of kings and captains of industry falls to the hoi polloi.
Nevada Voting Machines Automatically Check Harry Reid for Senate - Similar Voting Problems Reported In Other Areas
Fox5News in Las Vegas reports, "Some voters in Boulder City complained on Monday that their ballot had been cast before they went to the polls, raising questions about Clark County's electronic voting machines."
Voter Joyce Ferrara said when they went to vote for Republican Sharon Angle, her Democratic opponent, Sen. Harry Reid's name was already checked.
Ferrara said she wasn't alone in her voting experience. She said her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen.
"Something's not right," Ferrara said. "One person that's a fluke. Two, that's strange. But several within a five minute period of time -- that's wrong."
Fox5News states, Clark County Registrar of Voters Larry Lomax said there is no voter fraud, although the issues do come up because the touch-screens are sensitive. For that reason, a person may not want to have their fingers linger too long on the screen after they make a selection at any time.
Well, of course people's fingers are naturally going to drift over to the selection for Harry Reid on the ballot. - To me, it makes perfect sense.
But here's another wrinkle in the fabric. The Washington Examiner reports that Clark County's voting machine technicians are SEIU members. Clark County has the distinction of being home to 75% of Nevadans.
Mark Hemmingway writes in the Examiner, "there's absolutely no independently verified evidence of chicanery with the voting machines (yet), but it is worth noting that the voting machine technicians in Clark County are members of the Service Employees International Union.
The SEIU spent $63 million in elections in 2008 and is planning on spending $44 million more this election cycle -- nearly all of that on Democrats. White House political director Patrick Gaspard is formerly the SEIU's top lobbyist, and former SEIU president Andy Stern was the most frequent vistor to the White House last year."
Lest we digress into the realm of guilt by association, I'll concede that mistakes happen, and 'glitches' do occur but I don't draw much comfort from headlines around the country that read:
Man said he voted straight-party ticket and got opposite results
A Craven County voter says he had a near miss at the polls on Thursday when an electronic voting machine completed his straight-party ticket for the opposite of what he intended.
Sam Laughinghouse of New Bern said he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked. He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said. Then he asked for and received help from election staff.
'They pushed it twice and the same thing happened,' Laughinghouse said. 'That was four times in a row. The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.'”
When you can’t persuade voters Cheat
From Yuma County Arizona; 3000 voter registration forms were all dropped off at once by the one group on the deadline to turn in voter registration forms.
* Almost all of the registrations were for the Democratic Party, a statistical improbability at best.
* Today, these same 3000 newly registered voters — as a group — had papers dropped off at the Yuma Recorder’s office requesting to be signed up for the permanent early voters list… which means the ballots will be mailed early, with no accountability.
* The Yuma Recorder’s office is checking the voter registration forms and have found that already more than 65% of them are invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc.
We’d Better Win Big
It’s going to be a long week when the first two stories you see reflect just how big the “margin of cheating” is going to be this year.
And a blast from the past.
New ACORN effort is mobilizing voters, run by woman indicted for violating election laws
And now this from the IT sector via Dallas Observer Blog regarding touch-screen voting machines from Marketplace Tech Report:
J. Alex Halderman, an assistant professor of electrical engineering and computer science at the University of Michigan, regarding a similar incident that occured in Dallas, tells Marketplace Tech Report, "This is a known class of problems with touch-screen voting machines." Halderman elaborates on the problem in this radio interview,
"These machines just are not transparent. There is no way that to voter can observe the process of the votes being counted, and know that it was done correctly and honestly.
Researchers have found studying machines of this type that they can be reprogrammed. In fact I've done several studies of different machines like this and have reprogrammed them myself to demonstrate how fraud could occur.
But the bottom line is that if there isn't a paper record that people can manually count and audit, then it's entirely possible that fraud or even malfunctions like this could slip by undetected."
It was Josef Stalin who said, "I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this—who will count the votes, and how." Do you think Dems, in their bid to cling to power in light of the electoral Tsunami that is about to sweep them away next week, have ripped a page from the playbook of one of the world's most odious despots?
There are precious few things in life that are sacrosanct anymore; the integrity of the vote and the vote process is one of them.
Jesse Watters Confronts NPR CEO Vivian Schiller on Public Radio's Double Standards
Schiller denies that NPR commentators ever wished for "the evaporation of 4 million" Christians which would "would leave the world a better place.", or joked that if there were, "retributive justice" in the world, God could give Jesse Helms and his grandchildren AIDS from a blood transfusion.

Barney Frank tied to Subprime Disaster in New Campaign Ad
His lead dwindling to single digits against Marine and businessman Sean Bielat, Barney Frank gets hit with a new ad out this week saying, "The finances of millions of Americans (were) wiped out. Barney Frank betrayed our trust. Why would we support him again?"
Gateway Pundit points out, "going into 2007 Fannie and Freddie had never in history been allowed to purchase or finance sub-prime mortgages. But under pressure from Democrats in Congress (including Frank), they were granted this authority by regulators in September 2007.
Barney Frank is still adamantly opposed to legislation which would prevent any further federal bailouts of the GSE’s. For Democrats like Frank, continued control over Fannie and Freddie represents the effective nationalization of the entire mortgage industry. It’s a dream come true for those who wish to use the power of the federal government to implement their desired social and redistributive policies."
Frank Crimi writing in Thursday's edition of The American Thinker adds, "From his perch as Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, Frank led the congressional charge to pressure private bankers and government mortgage lenders Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to severely lower eligibility criteria for low-income home borrowers -- dangerous lending practices that led directly to the collapse of the subprime mortgage market in 2008."
In this memorable segment, Bill O'Reilly comes completely unglued with the chairman of the House Finance Committee, when Frank starts blame shifting for the cratering of Fannie and Freddie Mac in '08 on reliable Dem strawmen, George Bush and the Pubs. (Sounds like a Rock Group)
Toward the end of the shouting match, a much exasperated Barney Frank wheezes, "You don't listen at all, maybe you're too dumb to understand." "Oh yeah," parries O'Reilly, "I'm dumb, you're the brilliant guy, who presided over the biggest financial collapse in Federal history. I'm the dumb guy, you're the brilliant guy." says O'Reilly.

'Welcome to Nevada Mr. President' Ad Released by Sharon Angle Campaign
A common story line drawn-up by the mainstream media on the Tea Party, is that its rank and file are ignorant, knuckle-dragging, racists while its candidates are crackpots. Michael Barone comments on Tea Party Neophytes Outshine the Dems’ Old Pros in National Review Online and spotlights GOP candidates who are riding the rising wave of support from the denizens of the grass roots movement. Barone says, "on so many points, I think the mainstream media have gotten it nearly upside-down. What strikes me about so-called Tea Party candidates — those with little or no political experience who have won Republican nominations by opposing the Obama Democrats’ vast expansion of government — is not that some of them are bumblers but that so many of them seem to have terrific political instincts."

Ron Williams Calls for Government Defunding of NPR
Here is the segment that offended the oh-so-sensitive shills at NPR:
In the wake of the fallout generated by his ouster by government subsidized radio for the politically correct, Juan Williams told ABC's George Stephanopolus, "I always thought the right wing were the ones who were inflexible and intolerant. And now I've come to realize that the orthodoxy at NPR, if it's representing the left is just unbelievable to me. Especially for me as a black man. To say something if it's out of the box they find it very difficult. I think that they were looking for a way to get rid of me, that I was talking to the likes of Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity."
About NPR's attitude toward Fox News Williams spills, "I knew about their antagonism towards Fox. I knew they didn't like it....This current group (of managers) was getting really vicious and as I say, personal in terms of their animus. So I had a sense that they were, you know, looking for something."
While NPR continues to look for things to throw at Williams in the wake of his banishment, the outspoken author and social commentator has lent his voice to those calling for defunding of the decades-old drain on the public treasury. Regarding the taxpayer funded encumberance, The Daily Caller provides the latest narrative of Williams' message on Friday, when he told Fox and Friends, “If they want to compete in the marketplace, they should compete in the marketplace,...They don’t need public funds. I think that they should go out there. They think their product is so great, go out and sell the product.” - Indeed. Perhaps offering members novel fundraising products like, NPR lettuce wraps served up with tofu, soybeans and fresh regula would do the trick. (Naturally packaged in biodegradable containers of course)
Meanwhile, the 'bigs' back at the old NPR corral are really, really sorry. You just don't know how sorry they are. In an internal memo sent on behalf of NPR President and CEO Vivian Schiller and later obtained by Fox News, Schiller apologized for the embarasment and inconvenience the Williams Kerfuffle has brought to NPR associates. In the memo, Schiller elaborated on a whole litany of pecadillos she says were committed by Williams, while he was tenured at NPR and painted a picture of the former commentator as an habitual problem employee. In all of the hubub generated by Williams ouster, the NPR President and CEO did have one regret, "We’re profoundly sorry that this happened during fundraising week." wrote Schiller.
Yes, a taxpayer subsidized organization, playing the role of poseur for free speech, the fifth estate and the advocacy of 'human rights,' summarily firing a high profile commentator and civil rights advocate like Williams, would tend to have a downward effect on NPR's seasonal, 'hit up the rubes for more money campaign.'
Noted Journalist and commentator Michelle Malkin weighs in on defunding NPR in the wake of its latest outrage when she quotes one of the nation's founders.
Thomas Jefferson famously opined: “To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.” NPR and PBS have no problem raising money from corporations and left-wing philanthropists, including billionaire George Soros, whose Open Society Institute just gave $1.8 million to pay for at least 100 journalists at NPR member radio stations in all 50 states over the next three years.
Not one more red cent of public money should go to NPR, PBS and CPB. Let the speech-squelching progressives and jihadi-whitewashing apologists pay for their own propaganda.
Bill O'Reilly and Juan Williams Talk About Williams' Firing at NPR
Earlier in the day NPR CEO Vivian Schiller appeared before the media to address the organization's decision to fire Williams.
"We expect anyone who appears on our air either as a journalist or as a news analyst to conduct themselves according to our journalistic rules of ethics, wherever they may be. There have been several incidences where Juan has strayed from that line," continued Ms. Schiller, and we've had discussions with him. we've asked him to not do it again. This is not the first time quite honestly....his integrity as a news analyst has been undermined by the fact that he has expressed these very divisive views. This is not a reflection on his comments....Juan feels the way he feels that is not for me to pass judgement on. His feelings that he expressed on Fox News are really between him and his, you know, between he and his psycharist or his publicist or take your pick."
By off'handedly tossing out a comment like that, Ms. Schiller was implying that Juan Williams is either emotionally unstable and in need of psychiatric therapy, or is presently under the care of a psychiatrist. With this apparent violation of NPR's "rules of ethics" for journalists and news analysts, should Ms. Schiller in turn fire herself?
Andrew Breitbart comments: "Vivian Schiller describes Juan Williams' statement as 'very divisive views' and then says that they are 'not for me to pass judgement on'. How can she call his views divisive and at the same time not pass judgement on them?"
On the topic of journalistic "rules of ethics" the Washington Examiner found a 1995 segment where the NPR legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg tells the host of PBS's Inside Washington that Helms, "ought to be worried about what is going on in the 'Good Lord's' mind, because if there's retributive justice he'll get AIDS from a transfusion, or one of his grandchildren will get it.” Ms. Totenberg did not lose her job after making such heinous comments in a clear violation of NPR's purported "rules of ethics" for journalists and news analysts.
After worrying about what must be going on in the minds of her listeners and donors to NPR after making her 'psychiatrist' remark in connection to Juan Williams, Ms. Schiller had an apparent 'epiphany' and proverbial 'come to Jesus moment', when she issued this apology on NPR's blogsite, but not to Juan Williams personally.
GOP Challenger says Steny Hoyer threatened; “I’m coming after you.”
No worries shrugs Lollar reacting to Hoyer's plausibly petulant act, "I guess desperate times call for desparate measures, you would think that someone who would be seasoned and have the truth on their side, unless they don't have truth on their side, would not lend themselves to doing something like that. I have no ill feelings toward our current Congressman. I simply believe that sometimes you have a tendency in staying in places too long. You feel betrohed to certain positions of power. And you forget where you come from." About Hoyer's supposed threat to "come after" him Lollar responds, "I look forward to it, bring it on, I never met a Marine that didn't like a good fight." Hoo Rahh!

You can learn more about John Dennis and donate to his campaign here.
Lest we forget, here's the Speaker of the House in another memorable media moment telling Jack Burns why she won't debate her opponent John Dennis.
Burns points out that Ron Paul debated all three of his opponents, and asks if the Speaker of the House willing to face her opponent in a debate. "Let me tell you what my priorities are to elect a Democratic Congress." riffs Nancy, "Time is Money for me." That's rich. Pelosi's push to spend billions for the failed and unwanted, 'stimulus package', not to mention the debt that taxpayers will be mired in for generations to fund the albatross known as ObamaCare certainly qualifies for the, her time is our money category.
Here, the author of Know your Power explains how unemployment helps stimulate the economy though the marvelous engine of government unemployment checks.
"Now let me say that unemployment insurance, we talk about it as a safety net this is one of the biggest stimuluses to our economy. Economists (Keynesian no doubt) will tell you, this money is spent quickly, It injects demand into the economy, and is job creating. It creates jobs faster than almost any other initiative you can name." says the sage from California's 8th Congressional District. Because again it is money that is needed for families to survive and it is spent. So it has a double benefit. It helps those who have lost their jobs. But is also a job creator. And for that reason, for those two reasons at least, it should be passed (Congress' recent measure to extend unemployment benefits) and I'm optimistic that it will."

Meet Charlotte Bergmann: GOP Candidate for Tennessee's 9th Congressional District
Of Bergmann NewsMax writes, "She has been demanding that Cohen debate her, but so far he’s turned a cold shoulder to those entreaties, apparently sensing his best chance of surviving a wave election is to ignore her existence."

Corrigan's website plainly says, "If you know someone that works in the Insurance Industry, your sitting Congressman wants to eliminate their job. Who's next?"
The Chicago Way: CBS2 and ABC Reporters Physically Block Rahm Emmanuel From Hard Questions
Mainstream media reporters act more like the Praetorian Guard than actual journalists. Watch as William Kelly peppers former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel with questions about the 'stimulus package', Emmanuel's residency in the Windy City and political paybacks. While all this is going on, you see the legacy media types get visibly annoyed with Kelly as they lob softball questions at Rahmbo. Finally, Jay Levine, chief correspondent for CBS 2 Chicago has had enough. He turns around and threatens WIND radio host and Big Blogs contributor William Kelly with, "Let him finish or I’m gonna deck you!"
Whoa! Stand aside Junior and let a real Journalist show you how it's done. First off, ya' ask a few, "How's it feel to be back?" questions and let whatever Democratic in front of the camera riff on some standard issue talking points like; "people want a change,...quality of education,... fresh beginning,... new start,..." blah, blah, blah; you know, give him a platform to stand on. Now, to frame your shot, your guy should have his shirt sleeves rolled up, with his suit coat slung casually over his shoulder, to show Bob and Mary SixPack watching back at home that he's a regular guy.
Now that's objective Journalism folks!
Gee, I never knew "hard hitting Journalism" involved, Marquis de Queensbury rules.
Think there isn't active collusion between the legacy media and the Democrat party? Think again. As Dana Loesch observes in Big Journalism, "This goes beyond objectivity; this is case of media aggressively protecting their investment."
Christine O'Donnell Presents: "Chris Coons, The Taxman" In New Ad
Christine O’Donnell, Republican Senate Candidate for the state of Delaware debuts CoonsTheTaxMan in a new ad shinning the big Hollywood-style spotlight on her Democratic opponent for Joe Biden's old Senate seat. Coons, who has been able to rely on the creative resources of Saturday Night Live to help run his campaign, is billed in CoonsTheTaxMan as the man who, "couldn't find enough taxes to raise." "Hide your will. Hide your lights. 'Cause he's taxing everything out of here." says the ad.
When the jokesters at SNL couldn't sink Christine's boat, the bigs at the DNC decided to try a new tack by dispatching SNL alum and now Democrat Senator Al Franken from Minneosota (The famous Stuart Smalley) to campaign alongside Coons for Biden's old seat. Further elevating O'Donnell's star in the Delaware Senate race, will be no less than President Obama himself, who plans to go on the stump in the First State with Veep Joe Biden as himself.
Democrat strategists say, "they want to keep O'Donnell on the radar" with the planned road trip into Joe Biden's old stomping grounds. Gateway Pundit opines, "I find the Washington Post’s contention that President Obama and the democrats are trying to “keep O’Donnell on the radar” rather curious considering the Christine O’Donnell-Chris Coons debate sold out in ten minutes!"
Hey, maybe the crew from SNL can come along for the ride too!
Breitbart on Ingraham's Show: "The Great American Awakening Is Going To Go Well Past November"
Laura Ingraham hosts Andrew Breitbart on her radio show where the two discuss the November election, unions and the growing irrevelance of the mainstream media who in Ingraham's words, "look down their noses at middle-America."
During the interview, Breitbart likens the ground tactics the Democrats and their union allies use to those employed by Saul Alinsky. "They accuse you of what they're doing to you." says Breitbart who notes the desperation of the unions on the eve of this election,"because they realize that election day is going to be Armageddon, because the jobs that are going to be lost are going to be ones within the government....especially with the SEIU, a huge percentage, I think it's over fifty percent of their workers are within the government and that is where they think the jobs will be lost."
Ingraham goes on to talk about SNL, saying the show is so "out of juice" that, "The only person they can villify at this point and satirize is Christine O'Donnell....That's how much of a threat, they think female conservatives are. First it was Sarah Palin, now it's on to Christine O'Donnell, and none of their so-called 'satire' is actually funny."

Change: Obama Loses Support From Four Out of Ten '08 Backers
An article published today at Bloomberg.com notes that fewer than half of likely voters approve of Obama's performance as president. Worse yet for the former community organizer from Chicago's south side, 6 in 10 of voters who are enthusiastic about voting this November 2nd say Obama has worsened the economy.
All is not gloomy however for two prominent figures in this administration. The article states that former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is viewed favorably by 64% of voters while First Lady Michelle Obama is viewed favorably by 62% of the electorate. Maybe this can be the Democrat's dream ticket in 2012.
Face the Nation's Bob Schieffer to David Axelrod: Is That The Best You Can Do?
During the interview, Schieffer played a laughable hit piece from the DNC filled with bumper-sticker sloganering claiming that Ed Gillespie and the lunatic left's favorite scourge, Carl Rove are "shills for big business" and are "stealing our Democracy."
After the ad claims that the Chamber of Commerce is "taking secret foreign money to influence our elections" Schiefer stops the tape shortly thereafter and points out, "the New York Times looked into the Chamber specifically and said that the chamber really isn't putting foreign money into the campaign." About the Chamber's budgeting regimen Schieffer notes, "They do spend heavily in politics, 25 million so far, they expect to spend 50 million. But this part about foreign money; that appears to be peanuts Mr. Axlerod. Do you have any evidence that's it's anything other than peanuts?" Axelrod's response to Schiefer is astounding for its sheer brazeness. "Do you have any evidence that it's not Bob?" replys Axelrod.
Welcome to the postmodernist world of today's Democrats, where facts don't matter, logic doesn't matter, they only stand as simple details to be brushed aside on the way to your message. In the mind of today's postmodernist, one simply makes an acusation, and whether or not it has merit, leave it up to the accused to take the bait and try and prove you're wrong!
Axelrod gives us the real reason he's on Face the Nation later in the tape when he says, "If the Chamber opens up it's books, and says here's where our political money is coming from here are the million dollar, two million, three million dollar contributions, we've gotten from this company or that industry, then we'll know. Until they do that, all we have is their assertion." (Just like we have Axelrod's assertion) The administration and the Democrats are in a full court press, to find out who the donors to the Chamber of Commerce are and how are they are spending their money.
Even the New York Times, hardly considered a friend to Republicans or Conservatives finds no foul here. Eric Lichtblau wrote in Thursday's edition of the Times, "there is little evidence that what the chamber does in collecting overseas dues is improper or even unusual, according to both liberal and conservative election-law lawyers and campaign finance documents. In fact, the controversy over the Chamber of Commerce financing may say more about the Washington spin cycle — where an Internet blog posting can be quickly picked up by like-minded groups and become political fodder for the president himself — than it does about the vagaries of campaign finance."
Carl Rove on Chamber of Commerce Flap: Obama working from 'Enemies List'
Rove's response, "The White House was unable to backup its charge that the United States Chamber of Commerce was spending foreign money on political activities. This is a desparate political ploy by the White House to distract attention away from a failed economic policy from a jobless recovery, from terrible economic news last week, and from a failure of an Obama care proposal to gain popular support; and they're tossing out these baseless charges. The President of the United States accused the Chamber of Commerce and the Democratic National Committee in its new ad accuses Ed Gillespie and I of a criminal violation of our law by getting foreign money and spending it on a political campaign; and they have not one shred of evidence to back up that baseless lie. This is a desperate and I think disturbing trend by the President of the United States to tar his political advesaries with some kind of 'enemies list' with being unrestrained by any facts or evidence whatsoever."
As if to underline Rove's charge that the Obama administration is out to baselessly smear the Chamber of Commerce, Powerline covers the Democrats' campaign against the Chamber and David Axelrod's appearance on CBS in Desperate Times Demand Dispicable Conduct.

Jerry Brown Aide Calls Meg Whitman a 'Whore'
The squall that ensued following revelation of the tape in Thursday's LA Times prompted a meek apology from the Brown campaign for, "salty language". Scott Rate is appalled by the remark and is not mollified by Brown's feeble apology. "It was absolutely shocking and unforgivable whether he thought anybody was listening or not." said Rate in the LAWeekly Blog.
And filed under "You just can't make this stuff up." Only one day after his campaign aide is heard calling Meg Whitman a 'Whore', Jerry Brown scores an endorsement from the California N.O.W.
Part II: How the Monetary System Really Works - Mike Maloney Addresses the International Banking Forum
Very compelling video. During closing comments after his presentation Maloney says, "Our whole monetary system borrows prosperity from the future so that we can spend it today. When we do a bailout, were borrowing more prosperity out of the future just to prop up these zombie companies and zombie banks, and what that does is that all that prosperity is owed back just like our entire currency supply of the planet is all owed back plus interest. That means our prosperity is owed back plus interest."

Dems the Party of Food Stamps says Gingrich
Appearing on Sean Hannity's show last night Gingrich said, "If you're having your job killed and you're ending up on food stamps because of the Obama policies, class warfare doesn't make you feel very good. What Obama has done is he's tried trickle down bureaucracy with a 787 billion dollar stimulus package. He has imposed gigantic federal controls through theBarney Frank reform bill. He has imposed enormous costs through the health bill. And now he has totally muddled the tax situation. The result is, let me repeat this, the longest, deepest, recession since the Great Depression. No sign that it's going to end. And the President's policies are the reason."

If an entrepeneur thinks he can do that, he creates a job." - Bravo, Linda McMahon!
Limbaugh calls Obama 'Jackass,' 'Economic Ignoramous'
Ever-controversial Rush Limbaugh blew the top off the radio dial yesterday, lambasting Barack Obama for his handling of the nation's economy. The radio talker was referring to Mr. Obama's recent meeting with his Economic Recovery Advisory Board where he claimed that the wealthy would “take our ball and go home” if their tax cuts were not extended. "Nobody's taxes are getting cut here." Limbaugh said of the president's policies, "Obama's going to raise taxes."
Responding to the president's metaphor that the wealthy would "take our ball and go home." Limbaugh replied, “Mr. Obama, our imam-child, they have already taken their trillion dollar ball home, and they’re sitting on it, you jackass.” "Extend the tax cut to everybody, and you'll inspire confidence," Limbaugh said, noting that by extending the Bush "tax cuts" investors and business people would free up some of the money they have been cautiously holding onto in leiu of government policy and hire more people.
Because the president is not pursuing such policies, Limbaugh said of Obama, "He's a jackass. He's an economic illiterate. He's an economic ignoramus.”
“And that's being charitable.”
