Medium ruby color with some lightening toward the rim. Spicy, gingerbready nose, with spicy berries and scorched earth underneath. Lively in the mouth at first, assertive berry, mineral, and black pepper flavors. But some dryish tannins then quickly become apparent as the flavors quickly fade in the very short finish.
